Having a variety of plant milks available is now the norm in most cafes and there are often one or two permanent vegan brunch options on the menu. After conducting research into the TBT brand, the team at Pursuit noticed something that kept popping up – the recurring circle. The circle is the handmade mugs our coffees are served in, the freshly roasted beans rotating in the cooling tray, and the carefully plated seasonal foods.
What We're Doing to Reduce Our Footprint

We choose to source exclusively from farms and cooperatives that are receiving fair payment and doing good for their local community. This can involve anything from water recycling programs, to environmental corridors of native trees, to children lunch programs and building of schools.
