This is an exciting release for Two Before Ten as it’s the first coffee we’ve ever roasted where we’ve had the chance to meet the farmer who grew and processed the crop in person. This coffee is a great example of the renewed focus we’re putting on social equity and environmental sustainability in the roastery. Since taking over management of his family farm at 17, Renato Rodgrigues has used organic farming practices to to produce award winning offerings for the specialty coffee industry. For small farmers like Renato, the integrity of each crop has a direct impact on their livelihood and this micro-lot reflects that dedication to quality.
