We’ve roasted this amazing coffee to highlight the sweet flavours of peaches and cream, and cherry, while maintaining the delicate aromatics that Geisha is known for. Coffees from Alejo Khale Castro’s farm, Volcan Azul are some of our favourites. Alejo’s focus on the acquisition of natural rainforests for its protection and conservation is why we love Volcán Azul.
