Our take on the classic Indian drink is a fragrant balance of whole spices, Daintree tea and local honey, roasted and blended in-house in small batches. Brew with water for a spiced tea or add steamed milk for a hot chai latte. What’s it made of: Cardamon, Fennel, Ginger, Black Pepper, Star Anise, Cinnamon, Coconut Sugar,Honey & Black Tea. How to brew it: Add 3 teaspoons of Chai mixture to 60ml of soy milk & simmer for3-5 minutes. Strain & enjoy!
