Grab a few items from the Urban Farm Goods range to take this chicken burger up a notch with the addition of kimchi, pickled carrots and Sriracha.
1 Jar URBAN FARM Kimchi
1 Bottle URBAN FARM Sriracha/Hot Sauce
1 Jar URBAN FARM Pickled Carrots
2 chicken breast filets, flattened and cut in ½ to make four (or you can buy pre-made chicken schnitzel)
1 cup panko crumbs
½ cup plain flour seasoned with salt & pepper
1 egg (beaten to make egg wash)
4 milk buns
½ cup store bought mayo
12 slices cucumber
1 cup mixed lettuce
Coat the chicken in seasoned flour, dip in egg wash and crumb with Panko crumbs, then pan fry chicken in vegetable oil.
Cut and toast the milk buns on the cut side only. Combine mayo with 2-6tps sriracha (adjust to suit your taste) then spread both sides of buns with sriracha mayo.
Divide cucumber between buns and place chicken on each. Add mixed lettuce, top with kimchi and garnish with pickled carrots.
